Return Policy

At Penny Rose Optical, we have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@pennyroseoptical.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item was damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Prescription glasses

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The returned item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
